● Please read these terms carefully before making a request. Refusal to read these terms does not negate them. :)
● I reserve the right to decline, deny, or cancel any commission for any reason, and have no obligation to disclose what that reason is.
● Any change to information I have provided to you (timeline, policy, or other) will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
● Follow all instructions on the commission form; this includes a flat character reference and any preferred pose or style.
● There is no guarantee that your commission will be done at a certain time unless otherwise specified.
● It's advised that, if your request must be completed within a certain time frame, you give notice of at least 30 days; anything less I cannot guarantee your request deadline.

● I will provide you with 1 (or more) sketch(es) for your approval before proceeding. AFTER a sketch is approved, major edits to the piece will incur additional fees.
◦ Changes requested before the approval of a sketch do not incur fees, unless these changes are a direct result of providing incorrect character description or reference.
● Work in progress (WIP) shots will only be given when asked, if the price exceeds $59 per asset (excluding any rush or additional fees, but DOES include tip), or if I have a question about the request.
● Consecutive delays that span more than 60 days after approving the sketch will be communicated with you.
● First round of minor edits (especially those I made by error) are free with the exception of vague character descriptions—if I struggle to understand the character and make errors, it's on you to clarify. Make sure you're providing clear instructions!
● Commission is considered closed once the artwork has been approved and "final" or "completed" assets are shared with you.
● Changes after assets are shared may result in additional fees.

● I only accept Paypal transactions in USD unless otherwise stated.
● Requests must be paid in full within 3 business days once the invoice has been sent. Failure to do so will result in cancellation unless discussed previously.
● Refunds will not be issued on completed requests.
● Refunds become eligible if: your request has not been started within 90 days after the invoice has been paid, OR has last been worked on 90 or more days ago (if in a workable state, meaning all my messages have received appropriate responses and I'm not waiting on you to continue work).
● Tips are non-refundable by default; however I reserve the right to make that decision myself per each case.
● Once a request has been started, a minimum of 25% payment for that request becomes non-refundable; this amount (%) increases equal to progress made. The non-refundable amount beyond the minimum 25% is decided by me as the artist. If you have requested more than one piece be made within one invoice, this amount will be calculated for each individual piece and not for the full amount owed.
● If you are non-responsive for 7 days or more (with regards to the request), unless otherwise specified or discussed, I reserve the right to hold payment indefinitely or cancel the request.

The following is considered copyright infringement: reproducing/using the assets for commercial use/intent, taking any credit for the artwork itself, removing my watermark or signature, altering the artwork in any way without my consent.--I, as the artist, retain all rights to the assets produced. This allows me rights to promote myself on/in any platform or medium, publish in printed or digital spaces, display, and act on malicious intent.You, as the customer, may claim ownership/rights to the character/subject within the artwork.These assets are released to you for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon.This allows you to use as intended (example: Furcadia portrait may be uploaded to a portrait space, forum avatar or pagedoll may be uploaded to a third party website, etc), as well as print or post on social media/web platforms with my handle and carrd (https://peepfolio.carrd.co) accredited where possible.--Resale
If the artwork is resold with it's related character account/name or design as a whole, unless for significant gain,* is still considered personal use.Reselling the artwork by itself is NOT considered personal use, and infringes upon these terms—my artwork should never be resold without the character depicted/bound to.

* Selling for significant gain refers to the sale of the artwork, with the character account/name or design as a whole, at a higher contributing value than the request was completed for.

If you file a Paypal chargeback against me:
× Any rights or permissions you (or the intended owner) have to artwork completed towards your request are retracted, as the use or artwork has no longer been paid for;
× I retain rights over all assets, which may be altered and resold;
× You will not be permitted to make any request again, and;
× I reserve the right to publish your name(s) in public spaces.Additionally, if you, or any part of your request has broken copyright or creative laws, or is against the law in any way, the above action will be taken. This includes, but is not limited to:
× creating a request on behalf of someone who has been blacklisted from my services;
× do not own the rights to the character/subject;
× theft of property, impersonation/identity theft, or any other unlawful act.
